CRYING FOR A REMEMBRANCE TO GOD

THE PURPOSE OF THIS PRAYER

This prayer is designed for those who are crying to God for a remembrance. If you feel God has forgotten you because things are not going as you expected, then this prayer is for you. God is a God of remembrance. God cannot be compared with man, He cannot forget us.

Isaiah 49:14-16 But Zion said, “The Lord has forsaken me, And my Lord has forgotten me.” 15 “Can a woman forget her nursing child, [a]And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you. 16 See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.

Those that God remembered in Scripture

• God remembered Noah

Gen 8: 1 – 2 Then God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the animals that were with him in the ark. And God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided. 2 The fountains of the deep and the windows of heaven were also stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained.

• God remembered Rachel & God gave heed to her and opened her womb

Gen 30: 22 Then God remembered Rachel, and God listened to her and opened her womb. 

• God remembered Hannah and she conceived

I Sam 1: 19 Then they rose early in the morning and worshiped before the Lord, and returned and came to their house at Ramah. And Elkanah knew Hannah his wife, and the Lord remembered her. 

• God looked upon Israel and acknowledged them

Exo 2: 25 And God looked upon the children of Israel, and God acknowledged them.

When God remembers you, your long awaited testimony will become a reality, tears will be wiped away from your eyes and you will sing a song of victory. Prayer is the means through which we attract God’s attention for remembrance. Pray these prayers violently and fervently like Hannah and God will remember you, in the name of Jesus.

CONFESSION: Lord, remember all my offerings and accept my sacrifice. Remember, O LORD, your tender mercies and your loving kindness, Arise, O God, plead my own cause, in the name of Jesus. Ps 20:7, Ps 25:6, Ps 74:22

 PRAYER POINTS

3. I thank you Lord because you are the God of remembrance, in the name of Jesus
4. I bless your name today because you will open a book of remembrance to me, in the name of Jesus.
5. Thank you Lord because only you can do what no man can do, in the name of Jesus
6. Lord have mercy upon me, in the name of Jesus
7. Father in your mercy, hear my cry today, in the name of Jesus.
8. Lord God of mercy, forgive my sins today, in the name of Jesus.
9. Father of mercies, blot out my iniquities today, in the name of Jesus
10. Father, just the way you remember your covenant with Abraham and saved the Isrealite, remember me and deliver me, in the name of Jesus
11. Covenant that brings about remembrance, I activate your service with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus
12. Angels in charge of records of remembrance, I activate you now with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus
13. Atmosphere that calls for divine remembrance, I activate you now with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus
14. Mighty hand of God, remember me today and change my story for good, in the name of Jesus
15. Grace to be remembered, fall upon me now, in the name of Jesus
16. My Father, have mercy and remember me today, in the name of Jesus
17. Dependable God, let everything work out for my remembrance, in the name of Jesus
18. Windows of my remembrance, open by fire, in the name of Jesus
19. My book of remembrance, open by fire, in the name of Jesus
20. O God arise, make my life a testimony, in the name of Jesus
21. Father by your power, uphold me with your strength, in the name of Jesus
22. My Father, I thank you for remembering me, today, in the name of Jesus
